I have been eating here for many years. I have tried everything on the menu and have never been dissapointed. I work less than a mile from here and it is my first choice for Mexican food during lunch

Hubby, daughter, and myself tried them for lunch today. The service and staff were pretty great. The food is....food. The carne asadas were filled with gristly meat and a thick salsa. My husband didn't finish his. We won't be back. We didn't enjoy it at all.

It's kinda close to my work so I tried it, it's kinda cheap but not hard to rack up a expensive lunch, soft bean burrito is good, so is the soft taco, crispy burrito was not good and very dry, horchata is decent ..I'll be back bit only on occasion. ..tater tots are over priced, but good burritos

I rounded 3.5 stars up to 4 instead of down to three. My wife loves this place. She loves the chicken tacos or the chicked soft tacos. I think the chicken is too salty, but one time i thnk they made a mistake and didn't add so much salt and it was really good. When we go back home this has always been the first place we eat for lunch the next day. When my brother-in-law drives up from Vegas he (almost) always stops here before going to my in-laws house. They have my favorite chile verde i've tried anywhere, including homemade. I like to order the "chile verde with rice instead of beans." The employees recognize my family and know what to start making for us before we even order. They even ask us if we still want a cherry empinada if we forget to order it.

My love affair with Fiesta Ole has never died. It started when I attended Kearns Junior High and it was at the corner where Wallgreens sits today. Now that I currently live in Germany I eat Fiesta Ole at least every other day while I come back to visit. The only thing that saddens my heart is that they no longer make bean tostadas . They stopped over three years ago. I highly recommend crisp bean burritos. Fiesta Ole is A Kearns Gem.

Everything I've had here is good. My wife and kids like it so we eat here a lot. It's never my first choice, but I don't complain when my wife wants to eat here. When I want Mexican I want it hotter, so my favorite menu item has ended up being their BLT burrito.

I love this place! The crisp meat burritos & scones are my favorite, but they have many more great items. They have some great employees here too! Nice and friendly for sure! I have been going here for years and they have kept a lot of the same employees. They are wonderful.

Been here plenty, plenty of times in the drive through. This is basically a sort of clone of the Taco Time/Gringo's style restaurants of having crispy bean burritos, but Fiesta Ole' was cheaper and better than both of those others. Their soft bean burrito was also ok, as was the combo, but the beef only, for whatever reason, definitely not worth ordering. This place served up the ultimate party food, piping hot, chock full of grease and little to no nutrition and for a while, we went through bags and bags of it. I haven't been there in years, but if you're in the area and in the mood for that style of food, it's definitely worth a trip in the drive through. Eating inside is not especially recommended unless you're either brave or foolish.

Seriously I ordered a burrito and watched them put it in the microwave... The taste was ok, but it was definitely not worth almost $4

When wanting fast food Mexican, this is the FIRST place I go! I even drive a half hour out of my way just to eat here over Taco Time, Taco Bell or anything else. The freshness and quality is evident in their food, and they have the best hot sauce around. I have been going here since I was a little kid, and I STILL love it!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
